I have trained with Tina since 2017 and I’ve enjoyed PT sessions with her because of 2 reasons: 1. As an individual, I tend to get bored very quickly and no two sessions with Tina are the same 2. I also am one of those people that tend to think that if I’m not pushing and challenging myself enough, I am not really utilising my time at the gym productively. That’s the feeling I’ve never had to worry about with Tina.

She pushed me hard (as requested), always looking to improve posture/technique/ability/strength/fitness. She always planned ahead what the goal was for the training session and pushed me to limits I never thought I could get to. I ticked off so many goals and found my body shape changed so much. Her nutrition knowledge also helped a lot and she kept me very accountable as well as giving suggestions and sharing her own food and training, which I found inspirational. I would highly recommend training with Tina if you are looking for real results. Be willing to put in the effort and you will benefit massively from training with her. She really helped me step out of my comfort zone and get to the next level. An exceptional trainer! 5 stars from me!!
